Any bespoke flooring order where we are ordering goods for your specific sizes can not be cancelled. As supplier start processing your order soon we put on system. In exceptional circumstances any order cancellation within 48 hours will incur 30% cancellation charge.
To enable efficient fitting, all areas should be clear of furniture, appliances and old flooring unless its been agreed at the time of ordering. If we have agreed to move your furniture prior to fitting ,This is done so at the owners risk.
It is customer responsibility to notify the fitter about locations of any pipes/cables that can be damage prior to start of fitting. No responsibility or liability will be accepted if no information to fitter has been given about the location of pipes/cables.
While every effort is made to ensure to no damage to paintwork/wall paper or skirting is done during the fitting. But because of nature of fitting work, sometime this is unavoidable, and customer may need to touch up paintwork once fitting is completed.
All our fitting work is carried out by skilled subcontractor fitters. While we stick to time and date for major of fitting appointments but still these appointments are estimate only as exact arrival time and durations can not be guaranteed due to nature of work involved. We cannot accept liability for delayed arrival of fitter and hence no compensation is given for such delayed.
There is always a possibility of shade variation between samples and the actual flooring received as both come from different batch. But still this variation is in tolerance limit as set by standards in flooring industry.
While our estimator visits your home to check subfloor conditions for suitability of products the advice is limited to checking what is physically visible without lifting existing flooring. If you want entire subfloor checked its customer responsibility to lift the existing flooring before our estimator arrival.
Please check the product you received are the once you ordered, and of correct colour and size, and is examined for any visible faults or damage before installations. if you have any doubts, please contact the store immediately. We can not accept any such claim once flooring is installed.
